Our program is based out of Lyle High School, on the Columbia River just upstream from Hood River, Oregon. This beautiful new facility has a great commercial kitchen, fine locker and shower rooms and a large multi-purpose room for indoor evening programs.
Campers sleep 4-6 in a tent. The tents will be set-up on the school’s spacious, grassy athletic fields just a few yards from the school facilities. The boys tents are separate from the girls tents. Camp staff sleeps inbetween the boys and girls tent sites.
Most of our time during the day will not be spent at the school. Our vans will transport campers to scenic areas in and around the Gorge…Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood, waterfalls, scenic over-looks, sites of river sports, fields of wildflowers and other places for great photo-ops.
